At BAUN™, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to its delivery. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business day after payment is confirmed.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
  • Once your order enters the shipping queue, no changes can be made, including address updates. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as public holidays or delays with our courier partners.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your package. 
  • We strive to keep these rates as affordable as possible.

Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us at support@baun.co.za, and our team will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
  • Delayed Orders: Please note that we aim to get all of our orders to our customers within the time window outlined on our shipping information page.

Unfortunately from time to time delays can occur. While we understand that this is not the experience we aim to provide, we cannot cancel/refund orders that are trackable and still in transit. However, on occasion items do get mislaid or held up a substantially long time, and we are 100% committed to resolving this fully on a case by case basis.
